Orders a couples play. Steak was okay not seasoned very much kind of tough corn. Cell was awesome side salad at the house. Salad should be called tomato salad cause it was 80% tomatoes but service is great. I come back but not for a high-end steak dinner..

The restaurant is known for its parrillas - huge amounts of meat on a table-side grill. Perfect for family gatherings and casual group events. We tried the single- plate dishes. Excellent meat, especially the pork ribs, the flank steak (entraña) and the entrecôte. The meats were always cooked as ordered. The salad with palmitos and avocado it's also tasty. Very nice flan for dessert. The service was very attentive. The atmosphere is not very cozy though, and it can get pretty noisy / loud. It's also pretty dark inside. It's not clear to me why a restaurant that is so proud of the Chilean heritage shows on the big screen in the restaurant images from Europe or Asia, it does not fit to the style of the restaurant. The empanadas the pino are nothing special (those with cheese are tasty!). We would have liked a bigger variety of sides and a greater choice of desserts. Still, it was twice a nice experience.

We had lunch at Chilenazo and we were not amazed! The stuaf was friendly, The steaks were good, and the side dishes were superb Papas fritas were very delicious....

Excellent BBQ, big restaurant & no reservation needed. As per others, you seriously need your google translate… this is as authentic as it gets with just menu in Spanish. We tried the restaurant WIFI. Unfortunately it did not work for us. So… we ask for the paper menu… the female by the cashier must be a family member of the owner… she clearly looked bored & practically was on her phone most likely f the time! Very bad optic for the customers. We asked her for the paper menu in English with action words… she looked extremely disinterested & shook her head. We waited for the waiter & we told him we couldn’t get the WIFI & asked for a paper menu. He came right back with one… then everything is on Spanish. The waiter was very patient & kind… we got the general gist of the menu & ordered a T-Bone steak with an assortment of fresh salad. Overall, excellent service & food EXCEPT for the female at the counter… must be related to the owner or else… how on earth did she survived that long without getting fired?
