I stopped by Chipe Libre República Independiente del Pisco as it was recommended and highly rated. I wanted to grab dinner and try the regional specialty liquor, pisco. I got the sautéed tenderloin with rice and french fries for dinner and tried the PE pisco flight. I loved the food, it tasted amazing and came out on a hot pan 🔥. The pisco was good, the staff were friendly and told me about where each pisco came from and gave me a free shot of Chilean pisco (since the pisco flight I ordered was Peruvian pisco). All around a great experience, nice staff, very nice and clean interior and great food!

This place is a sort of coordinated chaos. The decoration is very rich and eclectic but not offensive at all. Dishes, drinks, experience - it’s all dopamine-releasing! Our starters were sensational. My party’s fish was their top 3 meals ever. My crab bake with cheese was a little too rich. My pisco cocktail came in a hilarious tikka mug of a grumpy troll. Love! The service, by Danor, was helpful and efficient. Live music from the balcony started playing at some point- lovely and what a joyous surprise! Was a perfect outing worth going out on a cold wet evening!

Delicious food, great selection of Pisco, and Cesar was the best waiter. He helped us make excellent choices! The ceviche was super flavorful (get the lemon pepper) and was a perfect pairing with our Pisco flight. Viva la Républica Independiente del Pisco 💪🏻

Very lovely restaurant/bar. Nicolas was our ober of the night and gave us good recommendations. He explained our flights of pisco’s very well and enjoyed the scenery. The food was very delicious and very fresh. We would recommend this place to get to know the Chilean cuisine!

We had a great time at Chipe Libre! Thank you to Fabian for the great service, he was extremely friendly. Highlights - the vegetarian ceviche was absolutely incredible. Pisco Sours were also so lovely! Just be careful of the straight pisco flights… they are extremely strong 🤣 Definitely recommend this place!
