Not sure if this is a restaurant for the locals but felt like it. Very Chileno and very welcoming. Excellent server and the food came quickly. Loved the pastel de choclo, a tradicional dish with amazing flavors. Large portions! Loved the drinks. A great place to hang out and enjoy a meal!

Solid restaurant, great value! I came to try the pastel de choclo. It was extremely filling (had both beef and chicken) but not that flavorful. They have a few Chilean dishes and lots of meat options too. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas, which caught me off guard since we sat outside. There is plenty of seating, so we didn’t have to wait when we came around 7:30pm on a Monday night. Overall restaurant vibe was casual / fun.

A short walk from our hotel in Vitacura to try the Pastel de choclo. Attentive staff. Nice ambience and patio is quite pleasant and got very busy in the evenings. Got to try a dish with razor clams and Parmesan also. A great place to try out the pastel de choclo.

We had dinner at bar Nacional on a busy Thursday! Colo-Colo was playing and there were plenty of TVs showing the game... We were really happy with the food, but not with the service! We shared everything that you see in the pictures. Our favorite dish was the provolone cheese with mushrooms but we also liked the meat, especially beef de chorizo. The atmosphere was nice, although too loud for my taste (maybe because of the football match). The only downside was the service: we arrived 10mins before 9, we asked to order immediately in order to get advantage of the happy hour drinks but the waiter said he was busy. He came at 9 just to tell us that the system doesn't allow him to give us the happy hour discount :( It's sad an overall nice experience with the food and the atmosphere to be ruined by such a poor system (I don't blame the waiter). Thus 4stars, I'd recommend this place :) Bonus: you can find terremoto there, which is a Chilean traditional cocktail! It's way too sweet and you can get drunk quite easily....

We had a really good time at this location. The view of the buildings in front on the street at dusk was lovely and we had very good service. The food was good too, although the pastel de jaibo was really excellent.
