Fantastic location attached to a mall. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was so kind and they held our bags after our stay.

It was a wonderful experience as always staying here. I will be always grateful to amazing staff and homely environment at this property. During my stay, I was sick due to cold weather and I would specially say big thank you to Maria Rene for her kind support who went extra mile and helped with Masks and room readiness so that I get quick relief. I felt like I am in home.

Today is the 26th of July 2026, 22:40 I’m in 1410 I tried calling the front desk multiple times from the land line in the room and nobody picks up I then took my personal phone and tried calling the reception they kept hanging up the call. Can the general manager or the front desk manager do ghost calls to see why this is the case when we pay so much and the lines are cut or unanswered. Absolutely shambolic.
