We had a lunch for my mother's birthday. The service was excellent with very kind people. Everything was amazing and we could have our photos by the pool

I cannot recommend this place. Yes, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. However, I had numerous issues during my short stay. They do not have self-service laundry as stated on Hotwire, which I used to reserve the room. The pool was out of service as well. I heard the noise late at night as others have mentioned. I also had problems with the drainage like others have mentioned, sometimes needing to flush the toilet more than once. In a place so extremely dry, this issue should not be left unrepaired. The television was not working when I arrived and three employees worked to fix it for me, so that was a minor issue.
