Not my choice of a hotel but had to stay here before the W trek since it was booked by the agency. Rooms are small and dirty. The shower in our room (107) did not work well and we saw cockroaches in the bathroom in the morning. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. The location is right in town. Staff nice enough.

Lovely old quaint hotel in a great location. Rooms are small and bathrooms tiny. Room was nice and clean, bathroom not so clean. Breakfast was very basic. Service was great.

Rooms are dated and dirty. Showers are the worst, mold and scum all over. While the water is hot you feel so gross, many showers also don’t drain. Stains on the walls, smears of who knows what and carpet is dirty throughout. Many places bunched up or patched. Breakfast is horrible, a joke really. Ham, Cheese,Toast, cookies and an apple- before trekking it’s basically useless. Staff was kind and attentive but overall care of the hotel is pretty bad. Many nearby locations are much nicer and in the same price range.

It's a good hotel, but one thing to note. They don't have a lot of parking spots. If all the parking spots get taken up, then you are on your own. When it happened to me, I parked my rental car down by the beach. I don't know if overnight parking is allowed, but I got away with it.
