Great service and relatively close to many restaurants and shops in town. The common area is very nice as well. However, I have two major complaints with the rooms. One is that the showers are tiny, as others have mentioned. Second, I can't believe how more people have not mentioned the noise. I stayed in two separate rooms before and after hiking Torres, and in both I could hear every word as people in the common area stayed up until midnight chatting. In one room there was about a centimeter gap between the edge of the door and the frame, so I could also see what was going on outside from my bed. Made sleeping very difficult

Adorable eco hotel perfectly located in Puerta Natales. Rooms are well-decorated and my view from the third floor even included mountains from Torres del Paine. There was a large jet tub in my room which was impressive. Windows opened to let in the crisp air, which I loved. Daily room refresh was a nice touch and something I don’t always get in smaller hotels. Wonderful common areas with books, coffee, wine, tea, etc. lovely breakfast nook and extremely kind, personable, and attentive staff.

Great location, very close to walk to the water or downtown. Their staff was very helpful and they made great coffee and would make you eggs if you wanted during breakfast. The showers are small and there’s not a lot of space in the rooms so if you are big or have many bags then that is something you should consider. The rooms were very clean and house keeping will make your bed everyday if you want. Great place to meet other travelers, everyone was very friendly. I would stay here again!
