We just had a bad experience at Ambrosia. We ordered drinks without alcohol and my daughter’s drink had alcohol in it and she became unwell during dinner. There was no apology from the wait staff and we felt that the customer service was exceptionally bad. Food wasn’t great either . Many other better restaurants in Santiago , won’t be back here.

We visited this restaurant during our trip to Santiago, and the place is absolutely magic. It has a beautiful garden that makes the evening very romantic. The service was excellent, and the dishes we ordered were delicious. They also have a great selection of wines. 100% recommended.

A wonderful restaurant that is even featured on the Top 50 list for Santiago de Chile. The atmosphere is beautiful – it feels as if you are dining in a garden. The food is excellent, and you can tell it’s prepared with great attention to detail. I had a tartare variation and a nut-based dessert, both of which were outstanding. The service is also very good and attentive. A clear recommendation for anyone looking to enjoy an exceptional dining experience in Santiago.

The atmosphere is excellent, lots of green trees and flowers; The salad is amazing, but the fish is slightly salty and the truffle pasta does not have much truffle aroma. The cocktail is good The service is super slow: we had to wait for a least 30’ for the dishes to be served and another 30’ for the dessert to be ready
