Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast, awesome staff, nice parking. Great safe location. Loved value/comfort ratio. Excellent stay.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and comfortable rooms, except the noise and lack of AC are not conducive to a good night’s sleep. AC was running all day and set to 18 degrees C with the blinds closed, but it never got colder than 24 degrees C. Had to get up at 0200 to talk to the front desk because it was unbearably hot in the room. The best they could do for me was bring me a fan. The windows are also very poorly insulated, so you hear cars and motorbikes roaring by through the night. Takeaway, if you value your sleep, don’t stay here.

Very good place to stay one or two days in the center of viña, price vs quality is very convenient and the presentation, cleanliness and service are quite good. The style is classic , it doesn't feel modern, but for a rest and stay over is more than enough. The beds were comfortable and they were kind to accommodate us on a good quiet and two bed room when requested with any issue. They Include a Continental breakfast that is fine and tasty. Fruits, sausages, eggs and more . Probably gonna consider it next time I go to viña.
