Excelente atención, del laboratorio del Centro Médico y se puede pagar con todo medio de pago.

Acudi con el dr. Alonzo García, el cual su atención fue muy amable. Lo que me molestó y defraudo como usuario, es que me dio un medicamento el cual esta agotado en todo Chillán! Al llamar al dia siguiente para cambiar la receta, la recepcionista me indica que se le dio la información y el no dio solución de cambiar la receta y que debo esperar hasta el día lunes. Lo cual disgusta. Ya que uno va por urgencia y un molestar urgente que uno tiene! Muy decepcionado!

No responden simplemente el teléfono, pésima atención telefónica obligan a ir personalmente a solicitar hora, me pregunto los dueños ven esas opiniones o les importa en algo??? O solo es ganancia

Más de 20 minutos con música para pedir los resultados de un examen que se hizo a las 8:00 y se pidió urgente y nadie contesta. Al menos podrían poner otros temas mientras esperamos que alguien nos conteste. Sería bueno que el dueño del laboratorio sepa lo qué está pasando.

Centro médico ubicado cerca del hospital de Chillán. Deben mejorar la atención y coordinarse mejor con los médicos que atienden en el tema del respeto por el horario.
