Had problems sitting 4 of us on the terrace. Sitting available on 1st floor. Very bad service from male waiter. Never came around to check on us. I ordered a dish that came with 2 eggs which were lightly cooked with one broken, dripping onto the food below, the medium rare came totally rare. The bill came a little over 91k and we refuse to pay the "suggested" tip for the no-service sservice experience. A girl server was very nice which was the one apologizingand bringing the bill. We will not come back to this place.

I came all the way from the U.S. to have dinner here with my wife and her family on new years eve. The service was terrible by the guy in charge and we never got our main course so we had to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yeah, nah. Average espresso for 3080 pesos ($5.10AUD) Most expensive espresso I’ve had - ever. With zero service. It was take-away.

Had a good experience the beer was nice and cold. I had the steak a lo pobre. Steak was ok, steak fries were tasty but the caramelized onions in a wine reduction I did not like. Great place to enjoy Valparaiso.

Great place to eat, drink and relax in "el plan" (the flat part) of Valparaíso. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed ourselves. They have an extensive and varied menu, and from what we could tell, the portions are large. We ordered the Risotto Quinta Costa (saffron risotto with shrimp and octopus) and the Pasta Pompeya (artesenal ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and caramelized onion in a tomato sauce). Both dishes were excellent. While we were eating, a musician set up on the patio and we enjoyed his music so much we ordered drinks and stayed an extra hour. The beverage selections are extensive, we enjoyed a couple of beers and a strawberry mojito. We will definitely come back here.
