Hotel Hornos was absolutely delightful. We stayed here in Punta Arenas on our way to Torres del Paine for a photography workshop, and it was the perfect stopping point. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the view was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly pleasant. A wonderful experience all around. Location was awesome and close to great restaurants. Highly recommend!

I’m wrapping up a stay at Cabo de Hornos. The room is very nice. I was upgraded to a suite because the doubles were booked up which was a nice gesture. I noticed that the restaurant food and service deteriorated throughout the weekend to the point that the toaster didn’t work and food options were terrible at best. They offer hot food but when I tried to get staff’s attention, I was ignored. Other diners were asked even those getting other food from the buffet. At best, the staff don’t care about certain diners.

Stayed here for 1 night. Check out the full review on the YouTube Channel! Located right in the centre of Punta Arenas. Hotel feels really luxurious the moment you enter. Massive lobby area which leads to the restaurant, bar and lounge. Hotel also has a small gym and spa area as well. Room was very clean and comfortable and was just as well done as the rest of the hotel. Bed was fantastic. Bathroom was good and featured everything you could ask for. Breakfast was included and was buffet style in the restaurant by the lobby. Breakfast had abit of everything and was well stocked. Hotel offered free parking in a gated parking area about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
