Avoid this hotel. I booked through Evendo and paid in advance. At check-in, staff told me that payment was only a deposit and would be refunded, and that I needed to pay again. That information was false. I have now been charged twice for the same stay. I explicitly asked whether the booking was already paid in full. The staff gave incorrect information, and I relied on it. Since then, the hotel has been non-responsive and has not taken any steps to resolve the issue. This is a basic operational failure and unacceptable customer handling. The situation is still unresolved. Until it is fixed, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Very slow service. It always bothers me when you're requested to tip with contactless as their policy. I do not like to tip when service is this slow. Food was quite good though.

Not a 4 star hotel. We were just passing through town. First night we were in a moldy room without air flow, no heat control, staff did not care. A subsequent night the room was what we purchased/requested. Bad value overall. There are better places to stay. We stayed in much nicer places in natales, calafate, chalten, santiago for much cheaper. I booked through a 3rd party thankfully and the room was $100 cheaper than the hotel lists. Would not stay here again unless there was nowhere else. There was actually a group who stayed here as their trip to antarctica was postponed due to weather. It was the last place in town with vacancy and they still were not happy to stay here. One of them had been to.PA several times and prefers to stay elsewhere, but that is how it goes. Only thing is that there was a gym, kind of, and they had a small parking lot. Staff were OK, not really friendly but adequate.
