A cute little hotel in Puerto Natales. The establishment is older but clean and large rooms. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is simple but nourishing on a child day. The upstairs lounge is great to relax in.

If you are considering staying at La Torcida House, the apartment option at this hotel, would not recommend for anyone to stay there. It is supposed to be part of the Hotel Glaciares, but it is very far away from it and they wanted nothing to do with the place, only giving us a printed piece of paper with instructions to enter. One of the windows was wide open when we got back on the first day and I saw another review that said people got broken into. The neighborhood is not safe. Please go find a legitimate place to stay, anywhere but here.

Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights! Great staff who are very friendly and helpful. They even helped with opening up breakfast a little early since we had early morning buses to catch on two mornings. Had a nice breakfast spread. Has a convenient luggage storage.

Very nice hotel staff, going above and beyond to help everyone’s needs. A nice place to stay for a few days on your visit to Puerto natales. They also hold onto your luggage with them if you are planning to be in Torres del Paine.
