Room was very nice, breakfast below average. The hotel is not obvious to find as it's hidden in a shopping centre (our taxi driver from the airport was confused as Google maps directed him to a gated shopping area) and then one evening we returned after 10pm to find the doors closed. Turns out that there's another hidden entrance. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't serviced once. The surrounding area doesn't seem the safest to be walking around at night.

Really great cost per value hotel! There's a really comfy bed, a really nice gym and a great breakfast. Also the Chinese restaurant is really tasty. And there's a really nice Jacuzzi. The drawback is that it is located not in the nicest part of town, but if you just need a place to stay for the night it is a good option. The prices are really fair. highly recommended!

Excellent room, large and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to the red line subway. There isn't anything to do in this neighborhood but with the subway so close it's easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The staff were excellent also, front desk workers very friendly, housekeeping ladies also very kind. I would definitely stay here again.
