Nuestra aventura haciendo comida chilena casera y tradicional comenzó en un local chiquito, pero empeñoso ubicado al interior de una Galería en Franklin bajo el nombre de Maestranza. Durante 7 años logramos desempolvar el recetario de las abuelitas para hacerlos viajar a lo más profundo de nuestras raíces gastronómicas.

Nos cambiamos de nombre y damos paso a una nueva etapa en dónde ahora sí podemos honrar a la maestra que nos enseñó todo lo que sabemos de Comida Chilena. La Flaca, nuestra querida mamá.

Had this meat with potatos. Not as tasty as it looks. Service was very polite. Music becomes a bit loud as time passes.

We were walking around the food court and saw this little restaurant tucked in the corner. What a great find. One of the best food we had so far. The server spoke English which helped and she was very pleasant.

Very good food and place to have traditional Chilean cuisine. If you are local or foreigner you will enjoy this place. Ask for the horse entraña - you won’t regret it. Poroto and Tomarican are good comfort foods. Also service is very quick in case you are in a hurry.

One of my favorite restaurants! I visit frequently and love that they open early and have a fast and efficient service. The menu is focused in relaxed traditional Chilean cuisine, and have a variety of different types of meats, salads and some seafood options as well.
