Visiting at 14:40 for window pick up I was brushed off by the cashier from the inside the window pointing the next door with no desire to provide a tactful or customer-oriented answer by opening ing the window. Once I headed to the other entrance and asking the teller said it actually closes at 3pm. Arguing lack of staff but no formal apology and a very long line to buy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN OVERVALUED ENPANADA.

Absolutely the best empanadas, both cheese and de pino. The breading is at the perfect slightly doughy consistency. Fast and efficient service.

They sell award winning empanadas. The selection is limited to just 3 b types, Pino (meat and onions, which have earned multiple awards), Queso (cheese), and Queso Jamon (cheese and ham)

Ganadoras de numerosos premios por sus empanadas. Consideradas por muchos las mejores de Santiago y/o Chile. Winner of multiple awards for their empanadas (baked or fried pastry filled with pino (a mix of meat onions and diferentes spices and herbs), cheese with or without ham among others). Considered by many the best in Santiago and/or Chile.
