Arguably the single worst meal i have ever had in 6 years of using uber eats. The red curry with chicken was like tomato soup with zero indian spices. Their stir fried noodles was dark with soy sauce color, except without any flavor except salt

The best ramen we ever had! So many options, sushi, ramen, Japanese salad. Our server was so nice and he can communicate English really well. As a Thai person who is obsessed with Asian food, I approve of this place! We will come back, I’m writing this as I’m still eating here.

Authentic ramen in Santiago!!!! I lived in Tokyo for one year and traveled the city eating ramen every single week often multiple times a week. This restaurant is as authentic as you're going to get without traveling to Japan. I got the tonkotsu ramen and my partner got the yasai miso ramen. The broth was filled to bursting with pork flavor, the chashu was delicate and tender, the noodles were just the right proportion for a full meal. We didn't even get apps and I was full by the end of the meal (I'm a bit on the heavier side to give some context). The service was excellent and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Stop here for ramen and skip the other spots you are thinking of before you make a mistake. I promise you won't regret it.

Ootoya serves tasty, comforting ramen with rich flavors and great ingredients. The portions are satisfying, the service is friendly, and the place has a cozy, welcoming vibe. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a warm bowl of noodles.

We love this little place. The ramen was delicious - The noodles were chewy but firm; egg yokes cooked just the right amount; and the broth was silky and tasty. The server was attentive and gave us great recommendations on drinks. We finished with some brown rice tea and it was a perfect ending to a delicious meal. When we told the server that we needed an uber ride to the airport. He was extremely helpful to make sure we made it safely into the Uber. Thank you, Ootoya.
