I had a somewhat mixed experience here during lunch. I visited hoping to order a vegetarian pasta. After spending a few minutes reviewing the menu and deciding on a dish, I was informed by the waiter that pastas were not available and that only pizzas could be ordered due to limited staff. While that was disappointing, I went ahead and ordered a vegetarian pizza, which was quite good—no complaints about the food itself. However, as I was leaving, I noticed a neighboring table being served pasta, which was a bit confusing. A clearer explanation or earlier communication about menu limitations would have improved the experience. Overall, decent food, but service clarity could be better.

My fourth time there last night. Normally, the service is excellent and the food very good. I took friends last night and it was not at all good. The service was poor, the beef and gnocchi dish was dog food, the pasta was glutenous muck and it goes on. The waiter (as seems customary here ) added a 10% tip to the bill as we paid. I said "no tip" which he seemed to be puzzled by. Not good enough folks. Do better.

Traveling through Santiago and staying in the double tree Hilton. Looking for somewhere close to the hotel to eat, we found Signore within 200 meters and decided to get a pizza. We ordered one and ate it followed by a second one because they were so good. The following day we went back and tried both a pasta and antipasti dish which both were wonderful. The gentleman that helped was particularly helpful and spoke Spanish and English. Next time I'm in Santiago I'm eating there and have no intent or need to look anywhere else.

A charming Italian restaurant offering a full selection of appetizers, fresh pasta, wood-fired pizza, and homemade desserts. The pistachio tiramisu was especially delicious and worth trying. They also serve cold beer, and the warm, cozy décor makes it a pleasant spot to relax. Conveniently located near the business district and several international hotel chains, it’s a great choice for both visitors and professionals in the area. Prices are fair for the location, and the service was prompt and professional.

It is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants that you may find in Santiago. No chains to keep you outside but rather a smiling face with kindness. Food is very good. Especially sea food pizza. I Gad isla negra and it was delicious. They have good beer options and wine options are even wider. Prices are fair. Service was very good. Totally recommended.
