Realmente horrível serviço! Chegamos tarde após sermos roubados em outra cidade passamos 5 horas na delegacia de Calama. Chegamos aqui a proprietária disse que tinha I cartão de estacionamento em um envelope na portaria. N tinha nada. A moça disse pra gente entrar no estacionamento com a confirmação da estadia e o homem n deixou tivemos que dar a volta deixamos o carro aonde n podia esperando eles responderem. A mulher disse que atenderia das 9-18 e além disso só se fosse o dia do chek in. Resumindo ficamos 1 hora esperando o shopping fechou e a gente sem coisas pessoas pq roubaram. E demoraram muitoooo pra responder. Tivemos que deixar registrado no Airbnb do gmail pra eles entrarem em contato com a proprietária que n respondia pra resolver o problema pq queriamos comprar pasta de dente escova essas coisas e comida logo. No final tivemos que estacionar em outro lugar pago. Até eles responderem

The room had everything we needed also with an amazing view of the sunset, full with shampoo, conditioner and soap (all brand new) the kitchen was pefect with oven and cooking job with high heat. The late check out was no problem and very close to the supermarket! The staff are really lovely and kind. Highly roccomend! It’s easy and has everything you need
