The hotel doesn’t look bad, but they don’t tell you that some rooms simply do not have air conditioning and the place is super hot… impossible to stay… gladly the front desk staff was able to cancel my reservation and I moved to another location.

Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel frequently. I am sure the hotel will delete this review but here are some of the finer points. 1. King Room is approximately the same size as a prison cell. 2. You are allotted one towel. Housekeeping sometimes leaves you with no towles. Good luck getting a replacement. 3. Booked two weeks for business project. Hotel immediately charged the full two weeks. Hotel was so bad, I checked out after two days (first opening at neighboring hotels) and was told there are no refunds, even if you don't stay. 4. It is worth paying the entire two weeks to NOT stay there. It really is that bad. If you are American, do not stay here. zero staff speak any english. Neighboring hotels have plenty of english speaking staff. There is a reason this hotel only has ~500 reviews and the neighboring hotel have 2,000+. They are crooks. Google will not let me give them zero stars. I do not want to give them even one star.
