Nice and clean rooms with balconies. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good restaurant on site, and great location to walk around.

One of the worst places I ever stayed. The point of a Hotel is to get some sleep. Impossible in this joint. You hear all the noise from the bars just in front of the Hotel, plus the noise from the other rooms from the spoiled girls who tend to stay here. Absolutely terrible.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in December 2023 for our honeymoon and after 2 years I finally decided to leave a review because this was the only bummer of an otherwise perfect tour through Chile. We were traveling through the country and had just had a long flight from Punta Arenas upon arrival. The staff was condescending and looked at us very judgingly for the way we were dressed. We had originally booked online through their website, and after two nights decided to add an extra night to our stay. We went to the reception and were taken aback that the price was almost 3 times as much, I asked how comes there was such a big diffe

: Great Location, Beautiful Space, But Service Disappoints I recently stayed at this hotel and want to share a balanced take. On the positive side, the location is indeed excellent and the building itself looks quite impressive with spacious common areas. Unfortunately, the service really didn’t match the setting. For example, when we arrived, the receptionist was quite unwelcoming and immediately went into confusing room details we didn’t really need, which made check-in frustrating. The gym is very small and was out of order the entire time without any prior notice. Even though there was a coffee machine in the room, there were no coffee capsules provided, so it was basically useless. And to top it off, we only had one towel in the room, which just added to the overall feeling of disappointment. In summary, while the hotel’s location and appearance are great, the overall
