I had expected more, much more for this price! There were some black stuff growing between the tiles in the bathroom No shower, a bathtub to shower in. And to see the black stuff and the cracked tiles it was for sure no pleasure to shower in the bathtub with a disgusting shower curtain. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel with a shower curtain before! The furniture, good enough if you are not taller than 150 cm. Like it was for children. No light in the room, just bedside light. The breakfast, no hot food, just scrambled eggs that I never tried. I lifted the lid one time, that was enough. No one spoke English and please, don't get me started on the internet.

Restaurant's food was excellent. Staff was very accommodating. Bathroom is small. One person at a time. Enjoyed our stay.

"The hotel failed to meet its advertised standards regarding its facilities and has refused to issue a refund despite the service not being used. On Saturday, January 31, 2026, I paid $190,001 CLP directly at the hotel for a 3-day stay (Booking No. 6449262). Upon arrival, I found that the room did not match the advertisement; the website listed a minibar which was missing, and the room’s cleanliness was substandard. Furthermore, I was informed after paying that the bar was closed, despite being listed as active online. I decided not to stay, returned the keys immediately, and requested a refund based on consumer protection laws. I provided my bank details, name, email, and phone number as requested, but the manager was unavailable. The hotel's internal procedure required me to send an email and wait for the manager's response. Three days later, on Monday, February 2, 2026, after receiving no response to my emails or calls, I returned in person. Staff contacted the owner in my presence, who promised the deposit would be made. By Wednesday, February 4, 2026, having received no refund or explanation, I returned again.
