I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in Santiago and I’m incredibly happy and satisfied with the service provided by the entire staff. special shout-out to the front desk and the housekeeping team! There was a minor issue with the heating being under maintenance, but we really appreciate that they provided us with a space heater, which was a lifesaver for those cold winter nights 👌🏾

Been to over 180 countries and stayed in over 1,000 hotels around the world. Unfortunately had a terrible stay. Hot water not included. 1) No hot water. Do not expect to have a hot shower at this hotel. When I contacted the booking agency after I discovered no hotel water in the shower they told me hot water wasn't included. The hotel offered to change rooms but the other rooms offered also had no hot water. 2) Freezing cold room. Only a small loud electric heater on ground that doesn't heat anything. So if you visit in winter you will be freezing cold in your room. 3) Extremely Noisy from the street and paper thin glass. Makes it hard to sleep at night. 4) Seedy area with homeless people around. 5) No fridge or kettle in the room and no drinking bottled water 6) Check in was basic with no information like where to get wifi password or where breakfast is located. For these reasons it made an uncomfortable stay and I couldn't wait to leave. I stayed 3 weeks in South America and this was the worst hotel out of them all. I wouldn't return and hope they can at least fix some of the above issues that make for an unpleasant stay. I hope other people read this review and can either relat

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The location is amazing, right next to the Paris-London neighborhood. The staff was fantastic, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were a perfect size. If you’re visiting Santiago, this is the hotel I’d recommend and definitely the one I’d come back to. Just keep in mind that there are no mini fridges in the rooms.

Good value for money! We stayed here for 3 nights. After a long flight, we could get into our room early which we greatly appreciated. The room itself is not big, but is has everything you need. No fridge though, but there is an ice machine downstairs to cool your drinks or fill your bottle before heading into the Santiago heat. The location is good, near the subway and in walking distance of lots of touristy things. We felt safe (at night). We did go out to eat in other neighborhoods. We left early in the morning to catch a flight. The staff helped us book a taxi and gave us a small breakfast to go.

Overall, the hotel was fine for the price. I'd go back in the future if I wanted to save on my stay. The one significant drawback was the internet access. It was often slow and the wireless network connection would reset at random. The room had a smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, and some other things. That was great but the internet was often too slow to use those services. My work requires internet access and occasional voice calls - this was somewhat problematic. The location was fine, even convenient. There are essential shops on the same block. There's an area with tons of other stores to the north, just a 5-minute walk away. Museums and parks are a little further away in the same direction. However, I was repeatedly warned that the area is unsafe after dark. Good thing it doesn't get dark until late. I personally never had issues, but I tried not to linger out. The beds were okay. I wish they didn't put the outlets behind the beds where they're useless. The workaround is to move the bed slightly away, which is easy since the beds are on wheels. I saw some reviews complaining about the beds moving. The wheels have little tabs so you can lock them. The breakfast was fine. Noth
