All in all, our experience was pretty terrible. We stayed in the loft apartment, which is a few mins away from the main hotel. We booked directly but had to chase several times to get a confirmation of our booking. The apartment was quite dirty was very dated, and had a smell of drains. Things like tv remote controls are never cleaned here, and you dont really want to touch them. We needed to request towels that were not provided before. Also, this building comes with some very strange noises throughout the night, which may affect your sleep.I suspect the main hotel experience might be nicer but I would not stay here again.
