Beautiful views, great breakfast but need to take a taxi into town. There is nothing within walking distance so keep that in mind. Also the hot tub and sauna are extra and not cheap. 30 ish ish for one hour EACH. Friendly service with English speaking staff. Had gluten free breakfast items upon request. Very comfortable beds and bedding

The room was decent, though the bathroom was quite small. The staff provided good service and were helpful during our stay. The hotel is located a little away from the town center, but getting around was easy since Uber was readily available at an affordable cost. Overall, it is a reasonable option for a short stay in Puerto Natales.

Very good experience. We stayed in this hotel before Patagonia W Trek. The hotel was very nice but we would have preferred to stay in town, close to restaurants. Upon checking in, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the lobby, dining area and rooms are stunning. The rooms very very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, including fresh fruit and yogurt, and delicious. They have hot tubs but we didn’t have time to use them. Overall, we enjoyed the experience but would have preferred proximity to town and walk ability.

The hotel service was excellent. Ivana and Paula at the front desk were outstanding. However, the dinner service at the restaurant was terrible. We stayed five nights. After the very poor service on our first night, we found other places for dinner. The rooms are basic but very clean and serviced every day. The location is out of town which makes it very quiet. Beautiful views of water and mountains.

I stayed here before and after my w trek. The room and food before was better than after. The room after was at 3rd floor which will have loud wind sound on windy day. The food was not that good after. The staff are nice and kind though. Sauna did not work and hot tub was good but with extra charge
