I do not find Words for this. This was one of the most amazing day in our life. We booked the Full Day Puma Tracking. Very professional Team and one of the best Guides we ever had. Thanks Carlos - you are amazing. Keep going. All perfect. If you like to see Pumas in Torres del Paine Area you have to book with Niko's II Adventure.

This is my second time working with Nikos. Last year we stayed one night before the W hike and found the rooms to be clean and what we needed, especially for the price. This year Nikos helped us arrange a puma safari. We were extremely happy with our guides Carlos and Roberto and saw 4 pumas over 2 days. I would recommend Nikos to help plan any excursions you want to plan while in PN/TDP. Special thanks to Carlos and Roberto as well for being personable and fun while spending 2 very full days with us. They were very focused and intent on finding pumas for us to see.

Stayed in a room with 3 twin beds and private bathroom. Rooms are clean. 🙂Breakfast included bread, cheese, cold cut meat, cereal, yoghurt, freshly scrambled eggs and cakes. Staff were friendly and super helpful.🙂 They stored our luggage after checkout.👍 This is an awesome place for an overnight. Location is close to all restaurants and stores.

I got the impression that this place used to be great, but cost-cutting has killed it. In terms of positives, the room was a decent size and we were able to leave our luggage there (free of charge) for 5 days whilst trekking. The negatives are that, as others have mentioned, the kitchen cannot be used by guests, and the breakfast was terrible - they had run out of cereal on the first day, no sign of it on the second day, no milk for coffee, ham so cheap it was inedible, and given the tiniest portion of butter to eek out. The rental gear was also more expensive than other hostels and required a cash deposit. Given the abundance of hostels in this town I don't think it was good value for money.
