What a beautiful hotel. The mud brick design gives the place a unique character and really suits the Patagonian landscape. Reception staff were fantastic, and the lounge and bar area is the perfect place to relax after a big day exploring Torres del Paine. Breakfast was also very good. A stylish and comfortable stay that we’d happily return to.

I got a room that the way to get there are only stairs. The bed was very low and the internet didn't work. Ask the receptionist to move to a different room, which I know they have, since I was there before. I explained why I need a higher bed (have a back problem), she didn't even tried to help, suggesting any solution. Just answered the hotel is full booked and send me away. There were maybe 5 cars out in the parking area... The breakfast, has no vegetables at all, they offer only scrambled eggs, I asked for a fried egg, they refused. Their attitude was very disappointing this time. It's pity

The most unique place we have ever stayed, and I mean this in a good way. The pictures tell it all on how interesting the design of this hotel is. Our meals were always excellent. This was probably one of our best stays anywhere. If you do not have transportation during your stay, you are just a quick Uber or nice walk away from Puerto Natales.

Really unique interior architecture and great views. From the outside it isn’t nearly as impressive. Rooms are nice with heated bathroom floors. We were there when it was unseasonably warm and very little ventilation except for small window and bathroom. Understandable that wifi isn’t in the rooms since the entire structure is concrete. Go to common spaces which are awesome for your wifi needs. Absolute highlight was the restaurant. Some of the best meals (with great veg options) during our time in Patagonia. Really a great place!
