The photos look much nicer than they really are. This place is falling apart. There's water leaking from the ceiling in the lobby. Lots of cracks and water damage throughout. The tiles were about to fall off the wall in my shower. Everything was held together by copious amounts of caulk. There's no airflow in the rooms. The windows open into an enclosed sunroom sort of hallway so the rooms get hot and stuffy. The water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from ice cold to extremely hot. The only saving grace for this place was the woman working the front desk. She was great and very helpful. The breakfast is also decent and there's a nice view from that room. There's quite a few other hotels and hostals in the area. I would try something else before coming back here. The owner needs to put some serious work into this place.

Do not stay here! I was a solo female traveler and 2 men opened my door at night when I was sleeping. Luckily they didn’t do anything but they left the door open and ran away. I had locked my door, but the doors all have really crappy locks on them that are easy to pick. When I told hotel staff, they didn’t seem to care. I do think it was a harmless act by 2 men trying to find a free place to stay and they spooked when they saw me but save yourself the heart attack.

Relaxing & Comfortable Room, Centrally Located, Reasonably Priced – I feel very lucky to have found Hotel Milodón to stay at while in Puerto Natales. Located at the center of everything, shops, restaurants, and only a short walk to scenic waterfront. I traveled solo, I felt completely relax and safe during my stayed at this hotel. Friendly owner and staff are most helpful in everyway. Breakfast is great!! Beautiful buffet style, you'll get everything you need to start your day. Since I had early tours and couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel, takeaway snack packs were prepared for me on those days. My room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, bright, with adjustable heating kept me warm in couple cold nights in Patagonia. My room was cleaned and bed was made everyday. For the price I really can’t ask for anything more. It has to the most reasonably priced accommodation in Pto. Natales! I’d recommend Hotel Milodón to any traveler.

Service and staff were great - helpful and attentive. We were able to store some of our bags at the hotel for 5 days while we did the W trek. Rooms dated, but clean. Prime location.
